The unit is located in one of the most luxurious and prestigious apartment complexes in San Pedro Garza García. It features stunning natural views of mountain slopes and urban panoramas. 

Maximize space and ensure unobstructed views from the windows. Distinguish between the public and private areas, making the public area more accessible for visitors while keeping the private area more intimate and reserved. 

We envisioned using light wood and stone materials in monochromatic tones, complemented by a combination of direct and indirect lighting to highlight specific details. This approach creates a cozy and fresh environment that harmonizes with the changing natural light throughout the day and night. 

Furniture placement respects the distance from large windows to maintain the exterior design and allow ample natural light. We recommended using light furniture with slender designs, shiny materials, and strategically placed large-format mirrors to enhance the sense of spaciousness.
